Jini is a Los Angeles based performer (and native Angeleno!)  who began singing at the age of 5.  She became a fast friend of the stage as a child, and continued to  pursue it as a teenager. After winning the title of Grand Champion Soloist  at NYC's  Showstoppers competition in 2003, Jini went on to study voice at the University of North Texas. She ended up with a BM, a Teaching Certification, and a minor in Jazz Studies. 

          After graduating, Jini returned to Los Angeles to attend auditions. After only a couple months, she was hired as a Lead Female Vocalist for Stiletto Entertainment, starring in production shows on Holland America's MS Statendam, MS Prinsendam, and MS Amsterdam from May 2009-May 2010.
        
           Jini is back in L.A. once again, hitting the audition circuit. She is also continuing her acting studies with Maria Gobetti (The Little Victory Theatre), as well as voice lessons and dance classes.
